I had limited mobility in my right shoulder. It hurt whenever I moved my arm. I couldn't use it to do many things including unloading a bag of groceries or throwing a ball. Also I felt stressed and had some trouble sleeping.

I had a nagging pain in my right shoulder that ran from my shoulder up the side of my neck into my head. There were many days where I couldn't find any position or any exercise to relieve the pain I felt.

I could not lift my arm, hard time sleeping, very painful, had to take Tylenol 3 and ibuprofen to relieve the pain and inflammation.
