Before the session I struggled with neck pain, tensions, heart palpitations but also limiting believes and some fear and worry.

I am an active runner and had constant ankle pain and quite often knee pain. My stress level was a bit higher than normal. Pain Level Before Bio Energy: 8/10 (10 being worst possible)

I had limited mobility in my right shoulder. It hurt whenever I moved my arm. I couldn't use it to do many things including unloading a bag of groceries or throwing a ball. Also I felt stressed and had some trouble sleeping.
