I was going through a difficult period in my life suffering with chronic pain, disturbed sleep and mild anxiety and depression.

Pressure in the head and nausea. I was not feeling well as a result of my symptoms. It was difficult to get through the day as I was in "manage" mode.

I couldn't sleep for 3 months and was getting very irritable at home and at work. The fatigue was getting to me and was getting a little bit depressed.

What did you feel like before Bio Energy: Worried about boyfriend overseas travelling - overwhelmed, worried about parents break-up, guilty about a lack of relationship with my dad, confused about work, future and stressed about money.
