What did you feel like before Bio Energy?: I felt happy to have someone to help me clearing some more stuck energy after working on my body and mental health. I needed help on my healing journey and Adriana just felt right, she seemed trustful and so I felt safe and held in. Before the session I struggled with neck pain, tensions, heart palpitations but also limiting believes and some fear and worry.

How do you feel after the Bio Energy? Would you recommend it?: I totally recommend it. The symptoms are gone or at least better, I am more aware of how I speak to myself, my mind and body, I was able to let go of a lot of blockages and honestly a lot of important and beautiful things happened to me after the sessions.
